No. We are a member-owned club and you must be a member or guest of a current member to use the ranges of the club.

Yes, if they wish to use the range without you, memberships are treated as Family memberships. If a spouse or dependent (18 to 21 years old) living the same household desires to use the facility on their own, they MUST sign the Membership Agreement/Release from Liability, complete the current orientation and received a Membership ID, just like the primary member. A family member wishing to have their own gate access, must purchase a separate keycard/WST.

No, there is a new option available (and we encourage it) that will allow you to apply for membership on a computer; and pay on line using our online payment gateway. You will then be directed to an orientation course which will be viewed on line as well. Upon successful completion, you will be mailed your membership ID and keycard.

As we are a volunteer operation and 1 person is entering your information in the database; then confirming the payment; entering or verifying your email in our system; changing the expiration date of your email so we can send you a reminder next year; going into the gate control portal and either assigning you a keycard or updating your keycard information – we do NOT take extra time to send out responses to your submitted answers until we complete it for renewals – (OR it may have went to your SPAM folder) – In Addition for new members, cards are printed and envelopes addressed with your keycard inserted and then placed in the mail. PLEASE do not expect an immediate response – have some patience.

Members may bring a reasonable number of guests to the club. However, we request if a guest who resides in the Concho Valley area uses the facility more than a couple of times a year, they should be encouraged to get their own membership. The member who brings a guest must be in direct supervision of that guest at all times and is responsible for the guest’s actions.
