Visitor’s Agreement

In consideration of being a visitor/guest of San Angelo Gun Club, held at SAN ANGELO GUN CLUB, Inc. by these presents and myself, my heirs, agents, assigns, and administrators, hereby release and agree to NOT hold liable SAN ANGELO GUN CLUB, INC., its’ officers, members, and their heirs, agents, assigns, and employees from any and all actions, causes of action, claims, demands, costs or damages arising from or resulting from property damage, personal injuries or death sustained by me or my property while visiting the range.

I further agree by these presents for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns to indemnify, save and hold harmless SAN ANGELO GUN CLUB, INC., its’ agents, administrators, officers, members and employees, from any liability, action, claim, damage, award or judgment incurred or suffered by the anyone present as a result of any act of omission by me or caused by me while visiting the range.

In addition, I make the following representation and acknowledgements upon which I intend SAN ANGELO GUN CLUB, INC. to rely:
1) I understand and agree while visiting, firearms may be utilized and firearms may be inherently dangerous. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of these firearms and associated ammunition used during the course. Also, I understand these risks are inherent in any situation during this visit from others present, SAN ANGELO GUN CLUB, INC., its’ agents, assigns, officers, members, employees, and successors;
2) Neither will I be considered an agent, servant, member or employee of SAN ANGELO GUN CLUB, INC. and thus will not be covered by SAN ANGELO GUN CLUB, INC. for any worker’s compensation, death, or disability benefits;
3) I agree that I will NOT visit SAGC while under the influence or consuming any amount of any drug or substance that may impair my judgment with substances to include, but not limited to alcohol, illegal or prescription drugs, or other mind altering substances that may impair mental or physical abilities;
4) I certify that I am not allergic to any bites, stings, or bee stings, since these insects may reside at SAN ANGELO GUN CLUB, INC. while at the range;
5) Photographs/filming may occasionally be done, especially by the curious media, and or SAN ANGELO GUN CLUB, INC. its’ agents, assigns, officers, members, employees, and successors and I give my permission to be recorded, as this may be beyond our control;
6) If I am found to violate this agreement or rule agreed to with SAN ANGELO GUN CLUB, INC. as they have been explained to me, I may be dismissed from visiting the range.
